Jörg Müller

Jörg Müller, PhD is a senior researcher at the Universitat Oberta de Catalunya, Barcelona, Spain where he forms part of the Gender and ICT research group. He obtained his PhD in Communications at the European Graduate School in Switzerland and holds a degree in Sociology and Computer Science from the Free-University in Berlin, Germany. He has coordinated several EU projects, including the “GenPORT”, the H2020 project GEDII on Gender Diversity in Teams and “ACT - Communities of Practice for Accelerating Gender Equality and Institutional Change in Research and Innovation across Europe”. He is currently part of the coordinating team of the INSPIRE project for building the European Center of Excellence on inclusive gender equality in Research and Innovation.

Iveta Bayerová
Charles University, Prague, Czechia
Iveta Bayerová serves as the Equal Opportunities Agenda Coordinator at Charles University, coordinating institutional strategy for equality, diversity, and inclusion. She is the Vice‑Chair of the Coimbra Group’s Equality & Diversity Working Group and co‑represents the network in the European Commission ERA Forum Subgroup on Inclusive Gender Equality. Under her coordination, Charles University achieved significant progress in the implementation of its Gender Equality Plan and was recognised by the European Commission in the Newcomer category of the EU Award for Gender Equality Champions. Iveta is currently pursuing a PhD in Applied Ethics, focusing on care ethics, academic culture, and inclusive institutional change. Her research and professional work centre on strengthening conditions for vulnerable groups in higher education and advancing evidence‑based EDI policies.
